  • “Evaluation of stability of vitamin D3 in oils during frying operations” (A PROJECT) Alagappa college of technology, Anna University, Chennai(JUNE2018 - SEP 2018) • Examinining the sustainability of vitamin D3 in sunflower oil during frying process.
  • Stabilization of frying oil using natural antioxidant blends”(M.TECH PHASE 2 THESIS) Cavinkare Research Centre, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai (DEC 2017 - MAY 2018) • Analysed the antioxidant properties of various natural extracts and showed their effectiveness in stabilizing the frying oil over synthetic antioxidants.
  • “Development of natural antioxidant blends to stabilize the frying oil” (M.TECH PHASE 1 THESIS) Cavinkare Research Centre, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai (AUG 2017 - DEC 2017) • Explored the importance of natural antioxidants, their classification and mechanism action.
  • “Optimization of flavonoid extraction from Prosopsisjuliflora by Microwave assisted extraction” Government college of technology, Coimbatore (B.TECH THESIS) (DEC 2015- APRIL 2016) • Identified the presence of Quercetin in the abundant invasive weed Prosopsisjuliflora and explored the Extraction and Optimisation methods.
  • “A Review on Extraction, Optimisation and Isolation of Quercetin”(B.TECH MINI PROJECT) Government college of technology, Coimbatore (JUNE 2015-DEC 2015) • Inquired the significance of a plant flavonoid Quercetin, its extraction and optimization.
